High-temperature steam heat pumps: A new engine for industrial energy conservation and green development

This technology is based on the reverse Carnot cycle. It converts low-grade thermal energy such as industrial wastewater and flue gas at 30-100℃ into high-temperature steam at 120-250℃ and 0.1-2.5MPa through a small amount of electrical energy. The coefficient of performance (COP) reaches 3 to 6, saving 50% to 70% energy compared with traditional electric heating. It operates without combustion and can achieve near-zero carbon emissions. Equipped with an intelligent control system and high-temperature resistant components, it can precisely adjust steam parameters to adapt to different working conditions. Its average annual operation and maintenance cost is only one-third of that of traditional boilers.
