The 32KW Custom Heat Pump is tailored to meet specific customer capacity and power requirements. Meidibao's air source heat pump system operates continuously using ambient air, providing reliable hot water throughout the year regardless of weather conditions.

This system delivers significant operational savings: 67% less than gas water heaters, 75% less than electric water heaters, and 60% less than traditional boilers. Featuring intelligent microcomputer control, the unit automatically operates based on water tank temperature and usage patterns, eliminating the need for manual supervision.

Key Features

Compressor: Utilizes world-renowned brand rotary or fully enclosed vortex compressors for low noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, and extended service life. Multiple compressor units feature automatic unloading at partial loads for energy conservation and reduced startup frequency.
Water Side Heat Exchanger: High-efficiency shell tube or threaded casing heat exchangers provide compact design, lightweight construction, easy disassembly, convective heat conduction, and maximum working pressure of 45kgf/cm². Insulated with 10mm PE to prevent energy loss.
Air Side Heat Exchanger: Integral hydrophilic finned inner threaded tube design offers large windward area, high heat transfer efficiency, oxidation and corrosion resistance. Hydrophilic fins minimize condensation and frosting, ensuring reliable winter operation and normal heating/defrosting in low temperatures.
Low Noise Fan: Domestic premium brand motors with axial impeller design feature bearings that resist overheating and require no oil injection maintenance. Blades are anti-aging and deformation-resistant, with rigorous static balance testing for optimal performance.
Housing Materials: Galvanized steel external sheet metal with pre-treatment including rust removal, cleaning, and drying. Electrostatic spraying provides durable, attractive finish on all surfaces.
