Product Description

The water-to-water heat pump may be applied in a boiler/cooling tower setting, in a geothermal closed or open loop application, or in a hybrid application. All units accommodate service access to the controls and other major components to contribute to greater serviceability and maintainability.

Water-to-water heat pumps transfer underground heat energy from hot water or steam to indoor hot water or steam. This hot water or steam is then distributed within homes and businesses through radiators, hot water baseboard heaters, or radiant floor heating. As renewable and efficient systems, heat pumps utilize natural heat transfer principles.

Technology Advantages

Meidibao DC inverter water source heat pumps utilize DC inverter technology and REPM compressors with adjustable running speeds that follow ambient or water temperature variations. This regulates output capacity to heat storage tanks or rooms much quicker than normal on/off heat pumps while maintaining precise temperature balance.

The inverter system provides very high COP by eliminating energy waste. Through frequency-changeable inverter technology, the heat pump can increase compressor speeds to over 5000rpm at very low ambient temperatures of -25℃, increasing refrigerant mass flow rate to offset source energy loss in cold climates while maintaining acceptable performance.
